1. Extrusion Line units adopt the special designed twin screw extruder and barrel.
2. Extrusion Line consists of twin screw extruder,mold,vacuum forming tank,haul-off machine,cutting machine,stacker and so on.
3. Extrusion Line mainly used in the manufauture of the plastic PVC pipe with various tube diameters.
4.The screw of the host extruder adopt the oil cooling system,barrel temperature control though the air cooling and ring heater.
5.The host extruder using the electrical control system,ABB speed governor,Japanese RKC temperature controller,SIMENS contactor and so on.
6.Our company may allocate the special installation for the manufacture of the inner wall spiral coil and coreply blister tube set according to the clients requirements.
7. Extrusion Line units can produce the pipe scope:20-630mm,and the machine output can reached between:120-800kg/h.
